At Indoor Channel we work with third-party software for management and broadcasting of internal campaigns. This limits our growth and makes scalability unfeasible from the company.
How it works
The software would work as follows, control and management ofIndoor Digital Media programming and terminals, capable ofcontrol and monitor screens remotely so that youyou won't have to move to your screens.

All control is done through the web interface together withan Android app that you can install on a TV Box,a device with low acquisition and maintenance cost and lowenergy consumption. Installation is easy and the customer will havethe support of our technical teamalways ready.
About
This is an MVP of Indoor Channel media software. Our objective is to reduce the costs of licenses and third-party software and thus enable the company to scale, selling more points and reaching more customers. We have limited resources and a reduced staff.
Duration
3 months end-to-end (from design start to dev start).
During the initial phase of the project, I conducted a lot of research to understand our user's needs, what they wanted and how the new features could work for them. By testing ideas early and often, we could reduce the risk of creating the wrong thing and wasting company resources.
